This little herb stripper bowl with grater does it all! This multifunctional pottery tool combines several kitchen tasks into one piece:

• Herb stripper: Holes of different sizes are located on the rim or side to strip leaves from stems like rosemary, thyme, or oregano.
• Garlic and ginger grater: A textured, rasp-like surface is carved into the bottom of the bowl for mincing or puréeing garlic, ginger, or other hard ingredients.
• Catch bowl: The stripped leaves and grated ingredients are collected in the bottom of the bowl, which is also sometimes used as a dish for serving dipping oil.
