Workshop: Let's Make Lamps!

💡 Make Your Own Ceramic Lamp: 11am Saturday August 29th

This one is for those of us who want to personalize a lamp, exactly like you want.

In this workshop, you’ll create your own ceramic lamp, choosing between a tabletop lamp or hanging pendant.

Organic and sculptural. Clean and modern. Funky and colorful. Covered in texture, patterns, cut-outs, or tiny details that makes sent to you. That’s the fun part.

We’ll guide you through building your lamp from clay and designing it to fit your your style. You bring the vision. We’ll help you figure out how to make it actually work as a lamp.

Because lighting can be functional and art.

What’s included

• 2–3 hour guided workshop
• Clay, tools, and instruction
• Glazing and kiln firing
• Your choice of one tabletop or hanging ceramic lamp
• Lamp hardware needed to turn your pottery into a functional light

You’ll choose your glaze in the studio, and we’ll take care of glazing, firing, and finishing your piece.

A few notes

• No pottery experience needed. We’ll walk you through it!
• Most people who come to our workshops are beginners.
• Children 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 2–3 weeks after firing.
• Bulb not included.
